"Is it true?" is the question on everybody's lips after reading the news in some papers today. What news? The news that the Rajinikanth Illam is all set to host another grand function. Soundarya Rajinikath, younger daughter of Superstar Rajinikanth, will reportedly enter marital bliss soon.

Sources insist that Soundarya will marry Ashwin, son of city-based industrialist Ramkumar, who runs a construction company. The engagement is rumoured to be scheduled for Valentine’s Day (February 14) after obtaining consent from both families. Though the wedding date is yet to be announced, it is believed the wedding will be conducted later this year.

Soundarya runs an animation company, Ocher Studios, and has recently entered film production. Her first film Goa, is expected to be released later this month. She had already entered production with an animation film Sultan The Warrior, starring her father. The film has been in the making for three years and is yet to be released.

It is said that Soundarya’s betrothal to Ashwin (who is currently running the construction business along with his father Ramkumar) is expected to be a simple function. The couple is believed to have known each other for over an year.

However, official confirmation is awaited.
