Though Vikram had done many Telugu films before he became a star in Tamil Nadu, he has still not got the right script to do a straight Telugu film.
The buzz is that now everything seems to have fallen in place. Bommarillu Bhaskar, who is now busy with Parugu starring Allu Arjun, has been entrusted with the script. “Bhaskar has impressed Vikram with the basic script,” states a source.
The film is set to start shooting in July 2008 and will be produced by Chatrapathi Prasad, who is on good terms with Vikram.
