Before Parugu’s release, Bhaskar was known as Bommarillu Bhaskar. At that time, Vikram had evinced interest in doing a movie with the hot shot young director. Producer B.V.S.N. Prasad was all set to produce this film with Vikram and Bhaskar.
But then, Vikram has given his dates for Tamil film director K.S. Ravikumar's film which is slated to begin in July. Vikram is presently busy with Mallanna (Kandaswamy in Tamil) shooting, which will finish by July. Then he will start on K.S. Ravikumar’s movie and during the year-end he will collaborate with director-genius Mani Ratnam.
All these activities mean that the project with Bhaskar may not materialize in the near future. Is this a result of Parugu’s less-than-impressive performance at the box-office?
