Re-recording is in progress for Takkari. The film is directed by Amma Rajasekhar and produced by Paruchuri Sivaram Prasad under the banner of United Movies with Nitin and Sada in the lead.
Producer says, 'The combination of Nitin and Sada proved a hit with Jayam and we are sure history would be repeated when our film would also be a success. Talkie part of shooting was completed recently and two songs are yet to be choreographed. We are planning for these songs to be canned in and around Bangkok. We are making efforts to launch the audio on October 18th and release the film in November. The story of the film would be different. Who will play tricks to win whose love among the hero and heroines is a big suspense. It is basically a love subject. All the songs are quite melodious and are being shot in an attractive manner.'
Chandramohan, Sayaji Shinde, Ali, Raghubabu, Sudha, Geeta Singh, Sana, Uttej and others are in the cast.
