The Venkatesh starrer, Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum (KVJ), directed by Krish of Gamyam fame, will be presented by D Suresh Babu. C Ashwini Dutt, the producer of KVJ, is working for the first time ever with D Suresh Babu in his capacity as presenter, under Vyjayanthi Films banner.
Trisha has signed up for the second time after Aadavari Maatalaku Arthale Verule (AMAV), with Venketash. Expectations are running high as AMAV was a big hit commercially and critically. A second heroine has yet to be finalized, though some sources say it could very well be Parvathi Melton.
Another title, Jaya Krishna Mukunda Murari, was also under consideration but KVJ won out. Going by the title, the movie’s theme revolves around a social cause. Right now, the hot shot young director is busy with the pre-production phase scouting for locations, setting up the crew etc. Insiders say, a schedule has been planned for the USA and shoot is set to start from September 15th.
The filming will probably start once Venkatesh wraps up his shooting in Chintakayala Ravi, which recently returned from the USA. Also Trisha is busy with the Nagarjuna starrer, King. In Tamil too, three films back-to-back, Abhiyum Naanum, Chennaiyil Oru Mazhai Kaalam and Sarvam, are keeping her on her toes.
