Rajnikanth has announced that he will contribute Rs. 15 lakhs to form a welfare fund for the technicians of Kuselan.
Superstar made this announcement while speaking at the audio launch function of Kuselan. Joining him in this benevolent venture would be Kavithalaya, Seven Arts and Vaijayanthi.
The Kuselan audio launch was an emotional event. The audio was launched in accordance with the theme of the film – friendship. Once the official launch of the audio was over, the chief guests of the function gave away Kuselan audio CDs to their friends; Rajni gifted a Kuselan audio CD to Murali, his long-term friend; P. Vasu presented the CD to his friend Leo Christopher; G.V. Prakash gave the audio CD to his friend Vijay; and actor Jagapathy Babu presented it to his friend (actor) Arjun.
