Versatile director Singeetam Srinivasa Rao, who created a new trend in film-making with his Pushpaka Vimanam, Mayuri, Taram Marindhi, Vichitra Sodarulu, Michael Madhana Kamarajan (Tamil), Aditya 369, Bhairava Dweepam, Brundavanam, Madam Gatotkacha and Life After Death, will appear in a key role in Allu Arjun’s new film, being directed by Guna Sekhar and produced by Danayya under the banner of Universal Media.
The 79 year old director had earlier acted in a couple of cameo roles in some films, but this is the first time he will appear in a full-length role. National award winning actress-director-producer-cinematographer Suhasini, wife of ace director Mani Ratnam, is playing the role of Allu Arjun's mother. Tamil actor Arya, who is basking in the glory of his superb performance in Nan Kadavul, is the villain.
Music is by Mani Sharma; lyrics are by Veturi; Ashok is the art designer; Stunt Shiva composes the action scenes. Editing will be by Srikar Prasad and photography by R.D. Rajasekhar.
