Heart Beats, Simran's Malayalam film in her second innings, is being dubbed into Telugu with the same title. Indrajith is the hero. The story is about four students in a medical college. A lady (Simran) enters their lives and their lives change irreversibly, taking on a different meaning. The film is heavy on action, sentiment, entertainment and also political issues. Manasa, Jagati Srikumar, Biju Menon are among the star cast. Visu Anand is the director. P. Srinivasa Rao is dubbing the film under the Ragini Creations banner.
