Shriya, one of the hot favourites in Telugu, has acted opposite some of the biggest stars in Telugu film industry including Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Rajinikanth, etc. Many of her films were big hits and remained blockbusters in Tollywood. Now, she had also become the hot favourite for Kollywood with the success of Sivaji.
There is another reason for her becoming famous in Tamil film industry circles. After the alleged love affair between Nayantara and Simbu fizzled out, many heroines hesitated to act opposite Simbu. However, Shriya was quite cool, saying that she was ready to pair up with Simbu.
