Recently, a movie starring Tarun and Genelia, directed by Krishnavamsi was announced. Produced by Sunkara Madhumurali under Karthikeya Creations, this film was initially referred to by the title Rajahmundry to Hyderabad within trade circles. The film finished some shooting schedules recently at Rajahmundry, Hyderabad and Amaravati.
But insiders say that the final title will be Sasirekha Parinayam. Krishnavamsi has known to give very striking, dreamy titles for his movies. The movie will most probably draw inspiration from real-life incidents in Krishnavamsi’s usual style. The pooja for the muhurat was held during the summer, which means the film would be wrapping up fast, as Krishnavamsi’s working style means brisk progress.
Genelia has been riding on a wave of success in Tollywood. Krishnavamsi too, is on a high after Chandamama’s success which is now being remade in Tamil by AVM Productions. The Genelia-Krishnavamsi combination has always been a winner.
The film brings together the producer and director of Khadgam. The film supposedly revolves around a road journey. Lyrics are by Sitarama Sastry, Anant Sriram. Camera is by Bhaskar, while music is by Vidyasagar.
