Sairam Shankar, Puri Jagannath’s brother, debuted as a hero with 143; now he’s got two more projects with his brother.
Since the end of 2007, he has been seen getting in shape for his next project. He has been training under a coach who gave Allu Arjun his famed 6 pack abs. Sairam clarified, “My 6 pack abs took me around six months to achieve. And that’s how I achieved my lean look.”
With his hair grown longer than in his previous film, he looks very fit, lean and hadsome, to suit the character of his current film, said to be a mass entertainment flick with a lot of action. Sairam also said, "Puri’s movie with Mahesh Babu will probably start after we’ve finished with mine. Though Puri might handle both movies simultaneously, I can’t confirm anything for now.”
This movie is set to start regular shooting schedules by the end of this June. Vaade Kaavali, his forthcoming film, is in post-production stage, almost ready for release.
