The premiere of Kathanayakudu, Rajinikanth's bilingual movie, was held at Adlabs preview theatre in Hyderabad at 4 p.m. on Thursday evening.
All persons connected to Tollywood were present to give their unanimous approval of a job superbly done. Rajinikanth, producer (Telugu version) Ashwini Dutt, Jagapathy Babu, K. Raghavendra Rao and Rama Naidu were some of the film fraternity’s elite who attended the show and cheered the Superstar.
While coming to the Kathanayakudu preview at the Adlabs preview theatre, Hyderabad, when Rajni came out of the elevator, crowds of his enthusiastic fans pressed in on him and he almost lost his balance, but he righted himself in an instant. This happened in a flash, taking everyone unawares. The handful of security personnel present were not able to control the crowds. The police who were present swung into action, controlling the crowds and the Superstar was unruffled by the whole episode.
