We know our Superstar Rajni as one who comes up with a new avatar for every one of his movies. As any diehard Rajni fan can point out – every release is awaited with bated breath for the 'Style Manan' to unveil yet another of his tricks.
Lately, when the Kathanayakudu unit was in Turkey, he managed to weave his magic with the three foreigners who were part of the unit on location.

Director P. Vasu marvelled, "We went on location to Turkey and when we landed, the production crew there did not know who Rajni was. They saw Nayantara, Prabhu and Rajni, but weren’t able to point Rajni out as even a star because as usual, he was dressed simply. Finally, one of them out of curiosity asked me, 'When is your hero coming?' I pointed to Rajni. They took a look at him and I knew that they weren’t floored by him. Next day, they glimpsed Rajni on the sets and were astonished. The man who’d asked me who the hero was exclaimed, 'My God! What a transformation!' "
Now, that is true stardom!
