Pawan Kalyan is all set to direct his pet project Sathyagrahi. The film was originally planned to be produced by A.M. Rathnam. But he is now neck-deep in financial troubles. So Nookarapu has selected Pawan to act as well as direct the film.
Pawan is keen to direct the film since the subject is close to his heart. The script is 75 percent ready. Pawan is now giving finishing touches to the script. The film will start shooting in early 2009.
