Some time ago, Galatta brought you the news that in his next movie, Pawan Kalyan was going to play a cop for the first time in his acting career. He is doing everything to make this a memorable role for his fans.
According to certain sections of Film Nagar, Pawan Kalyan will act as a police officer in his next venture, tentatively titled Puli, for which he has sought the help of some senior police officials. He is presently training at the Hyderabad Police Academy for the role.
The film will be directed by S.J. Suryah. Though Parvathi Melton has been zeroed in as the second heroine, the leading lady is yet to be finalized. It is said that the film’s makers had approached Kareena Kapoor, but she turned their offer down very politely. Then it was rumoured that Priyanka Chopra had accepted the offer, but this information too proved to be wrong.
At present, it seems likely that Tamaannah will be approached and she sure to accept the offer of being the heroine in a Pawan Kalyan film. But insiders say that Pawan is torn between trying for a Bollywood star and settling for a South Indian belle.
Tamannah will definitely zoom to the top spot in Tollywood if she bags the Pawan Kalyan film.
