Nenu Meeku Telusa, produced by Manch Lakshmi Prasanna under Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures banner, starring Manoj, Riya Sen and Sneha Ullal, has been passed by the Censor Board and is being released today. Ajay Sastri, an ad film maker who worked with Krishna Vamsi, is the debut director.
Speaking on the occasion, the producer said, “We believe that the story is the life of any movie and totally depends on the subject. It is the story of a youth called Aditya, who forgets everything once he goes to sleep and has to start all over again when he wakes up. The situations he encounters due to the memory loss is the underlying plot of the movie.”
It is rumoured that Manoj prepared for his role by shedding a lot of weight with the help of a Hollywood physical trainer, who had worked with the cast of 300 (a historical fantasy, inspired by Frank Miller’s graphic novel) for their muscular looks.
Nenu Meeku Telusa is being simultaneously produced as Yennai Theriyuma in Tamil.
