Some action scenes are being shot for a film directed by A. Mallikarjuna Rao and produced by Sivakumar M. under the banner of Nandi Productions. The film has Dr. Srihari, Raja, Gajala and Nikita in the lead. The scenes were shot at Nanakaramguda dargah in Hyderabad under the direction of fight masters Ram-Lakshman.
Srihari says, 'We have recently completed a schedule that comes in the rural backdrop at Rajahmundry and its surrounding areas. Presently, some action scenes are being shot which would come before the interval. This action episode would remain a highlight in the film. I am playing the role of a farmer and brother of Raja. Both my role and Raja's character would be equally important. Jayaprakash Reddy's character would be different. There are five songs; of them, two would be shot on me.'
Raja says, 'I am very happy to work with Srihari. So far, I have played soft characters and love subjects. This film would earn me an action hero image. Basically, my role is that of a medical student.'
Producer Sivakumar says, 'With the cooperation from all the unit members, we were able to complete the shooting so far from September 12. I am sure that I would emerge winner as producer.'
Director Mallikarjuna Rao says, 'The producer is not compromising at any point and is bringing out the film as per schedule with full cooperation from Srihari and Raja.'
Ranganath, Mukhesh Rushi, Brahmaji, Venumadhav, M.S. Narayana, Benarjee, L.B. Sriram, Kadambari Kiran, Srinivasa Reddy, Jeeva, Suresh, Baladitya, Sivaparvathi, Sairabanu, Geeta Singh and others are in the cast. Story is by K.S. Ravindranath; dialogues are by Swamiji-Vijay; music is by Manisharma; camera is by Bharani K. Dharan, and art is by K.V. Ramana. Editing is by Gauthamraju and screenplay and direction are by A. Mallikarjuna Rao.
