Nagarjuna is the quintessential romantic hero of Telugu film industry, but he has a secret funnybone that has been exposed in rib-ticklers like Allari Alludu, Hello Brother and Manmadhudu that were great box-office performers.
Nag has spaced his comedy flicks so that he can present his genre of comedy fresh. After Manmadhudu came a long gap, then Nag has decided to give his fans a treat with his latest flick, titled King directed by Sreenu Vaitla, who recently gave the blockbuster Dee.
Sivaprasada Reddy will produce the movie under Kamakshi Kala Movies banner with Trisha starring opposite Nagarjuna for the first time.
Devi Sri Prasad has composed some great melodies for this refreshing screen pair to dance to. The film will most probably hit screens by the end of 2008. Regular shooting schedule of the film is set to begin in June.
