NTR Junior has so far not commenced work on any film after Kantri. Director V.V. Vinayak was supposed to begin shooting for a film with NTR in April, but that was postponed to June. Now even that has not materialized. V.V. Vinayak and Dasarath prepared a story and narrated it to NTR, who did not like the story and asked Vinayak to come up with a new plot. So, while Vinayak is now back to foraging for a good story, NTR's film has been further delayed.
