The first schedule of Punnami Naagu, directed by A. Kodandarami Reddy, presented by G. Maheswara Reddy (Sai Reddy) and produced by G. Vijayakumar Goud under Sound and Claps banner with Mumaith Khan and Rajiv Kanakala in the lead, was completed recently.
Director said, “We canned a song on Mumaith Khan, choreographed by Ashokraj, besides shooting two fights and some talkie part with Rajiv Kanakala and other lead artistes from June 2 to 14. Our film will have sentiment and humour with action in its backdrop. The audiences can watch an all-new Mumaith Khan in our film.”

The producer said, “The second schedule will begin from July 1. We will wrap up the shooting with the third schedule that will start in August. The story, penned by Yandamuri Virendranath, and the music, scored by S.A. Rajkumar, will remain highlights of the movie.”
Sajid Khan (Bollywood artist Amjad Khan’s son) is making his debut in films thorough Punnami Naagu. M.S. Narayana, Varni of Style fame, Lochan of Don fame and others are in the cast.
