Kantri’s success has given everyone involved in the movie a big career boost. On the heels of Kantri’s May 9th release in India, director Meher Ramesh is flying to Singapore to promote his film there.
Kantri has been a major milestone in NTR Jr’s career. Hansika and Tanuja too have gained in popularity with this movie. Mani Sharma’s hummable tunes have become the latest fad among music lovers and movie buffs, not to mention NTR’s fans.
Director Meher Ramesh’s presence was specially requested for the film promotion to directly meet and interact with audiences in Singapore.
C. Ashwini Dutt produced Kantri under Vijayanthi Movies banner. Prakashraj, Sayaji Shinde, Sunil, Ali, Ashish Vidyarthi, Murali Sharma, Krishna Bhagawan and Hema have given superb performances as well.
