The hit Malayalam film Kasthooriman directed by Lohitdas, produced by Y. Sriram with Jayasurya and Meera Jasmine in the lead, has been dubbed in Telugu as Nindu Manasulu.
The story is that the hero hails from a poor family but dreams of making it to the IAS and naturally, the heroine helps him pursue his dream. But she does all this without his knowledge. The Malayalam version ran for 100 days.
