It is well aware that director SS Rajamouli is planning to direct NT Rama Rao for 'Yama Donga' to be produced on his own banner 'Viswamitra Creations'. The two films — 'Student No. 1 and Simhadri' — that came in their combination earlier were proved big hits.
This latest socio fantasy film is said to be having five heroines and Kajal of 'Lakshmi Kalyanam'-fame was already selected as one of the heroines.
Now, it is reliably learnt that Mamata Mohandas who made her debut as heroine through 'Pokiri Pilla' has also been selected as another heroine.
This would be her first straight Telugu film for this Malayalam heroine. Yet another interesting point here is that Mohanbabu is playing the role of Lord Yama in this film and the film is most likely to go to sets on December 18.
Khushbu and Rajiv Kanakala are playing key roles in the film. MM Keeravani is giving tunes.
