Over 80 per cent of Maha Yagnam's shooting is complete. The movie is directed by Krishna Thota, presented by Srinivas Karthikeya and Srinidhi, produced by Ranga Ravinder Gupta and Sandhya Ravinder Gupta under Sri Tirumala Movie Creations banner with Nazar, Sita and Bhanupriya in the lead roles.
Mallapuram village in Nalgonda district is the location for the climax scenes. The filming will take place in this week. Sita plays the mother's role while Nazar plays the judge.
The crux of the movie is that women themselves have to fight the increasing crimes against women. Included in the cast are M.S. Narayana, Krishna Maruthi, Rahul, Sharif, Suddala Ashok Teja and Madhumita.
Surender Reddy is behind the lens; Vandemataram Srinivas has scored the music; lyrics are by Suddala Ashokteja, Gorati Venkana, Surisetti Ramarao and Rayaprolu Santosh Sarma. Venkateswara Rao is editor; story, screenplay and direction are by Krishna Thota.
