Directed by Raja Vannem Reddy and produced by Bekkem Venugopal under Lucky Media banner, Maa Ayana Chanti Pilladu (MACP) starring Sivaji, Meera Jasmine and Sangeetha bagged a clean 'U' certificate from the Censor Board. The film is releasing today, July 25th.
Sivaji said, “The story runs between a boy and his sister-in-law. There is a very good entertainment and at the same time, there is a pinch of sentiment.” Director confirmed, “The title has got some good response. Though the film is the remake of a Tamil film, Yen Purushan Kulanda Madiri, we changed the climax to suit Telugu audiences. Sivaji has given a memorable performance.”
Presenter of the film says, “It is a good family entertainer. Every woman thinks that her husband is an innocent and treats him like a child. When she realizes that he is trying to wander, she takes step to correct him. What the hero does and how the heroine disciplines him is the subject. Meera Jasmine is the wife and Sivaji is the husband. Sangeetha has a pivotal role in the movie.”
Music is by M.M. Srilekha.
