The Movie Artistes' Association (MAA) expressed its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of Raghuvaran, who died in Chennai on March 19. Raghuvaran played versatile characters in over 150 films in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.
MAA president Nagababu and secretary Mallikarjuna Rao, in a statement, say, 'No one can fill the void left by Raghuvaran. He was a really versatile artiste.'
Director E.V.V. Satyanarayana says, 'He laid a different path for modern villainy. He created a different trend in displaying villainy. He has left an indelible impression in the hearts of audiences. I express my deepest sympathies to the bereaved family.'
