Shekar Kammula's much awaited Daggubati Rana starrer Leader, which was supposed to grace screens on February 11, has been postponed to February 19 as the distributors of the film thought that the film's publicity had not reached the B and C centres to the levels expected. Hence, a new publicity venture would take off from February 11.
Tollywood's prestigious production house Geetha Arts, owned by veteran Allu Aravind, recently bagged the distribution rights of Leader, which marks the debut of Daggubati Rana (D. Rama Naidu's grandson and superstar Venkatesh's nephew).
The film recently cleared censor formalities on Wednesday by obtaining a clean 'U' certificate without any cuts. Leader is produced by M. Saravanan, M.S. Guhan, Arun Guhan and Aparna under the prestigious banner of AVM Productions. Priya Anand and Richa are the heroines.
