After Jalsa’s success, Ileana had been taking an extended vacation in Goa, listening to stories and deciding on film offers. Recently, there were rumours about Ileana’s suicide attempt, which she has flatly denied. It seems that these rumours began as Ileana had not appeared in public for some time and since her mother was fielding all calls from the press.
Galatta.com has heard that now Ileana is getting many offers for Tamil films. The buzz is that she has shifted base to Chennai from Hyderabad. In her early days, Ileana had declined many Tamil offers. She has now signed two films; one is opposite Vikram, to be directed by K. S. Ravi Kumar and the other opposite Suriya, to be directed by A.R. Murgadoss.
Here’s to Ileana’s success! Let’s hope she meets the same kind of success in Kollywood that she enjoys in Tollywood.
