While Gopika and her newly-wed husband have gone on a dreamy vacation, we are left to sigh over a beautiful wedding that was cinematically enchanting. Telugu audiences saw her in her one and only Telugu movie, Naa Autograph, opposite Ravi Teja. She also starred in many Tamil and Malayalam movies in a career spanning over eight years.
Gopika’s ultimate aim was to settle down as a normal homemaker after doing a couple of good movies; true to her word, she’s done just that. Post-marriage, her Malayalam film Veruthe Oru Bharya with Jayaram and the multi-starrer Twenty Twenty, an August release, will be her last onscreen appearances.
