Shooting, post-production and Censor formalities are complete for Giligintalu, directed by K. Anand, presented by Ch. Satyanarayana and produced by Rafatunnisa under AS Productions banner. The movie stars Ali, Krishna Bhagawan, Manisha, Rachana Mourya and Geeta Singh in the lead.
The director said, “The film is an extravagant entertainer. The Censor Board members are very pleased with the film and gave us a clean 'U' certificate. We are making efforts to release the film in the first week of August. D.V. Rao has given lilting tunes to all the songs and the music will be very attractive.”
Brahmanandam, M.S. Narayana, Ramireddy, Jeeva, Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao, Narsing Yadav, Melkote and Soma Vijaya Prakash are the supporting cast.
Amar has wielded the camera, Nandamuri Hari has done some terrific editing to make the film gel together very well and R. Venkat’s art work has lifted the film’s presentation to a higher plane. B. Rammohan’s crisp dialogues have been complemented by K. Anand’s screenplay and direction.
