Re-recording work is nearing completion for Deepavali directed by Haribabu and produced by Teegala Krupakar Reddy under AAA Arts banner, with Venu, Megha Nayar and Aarti Agarwal in the lead. The producer is making efforts to complete all the formalities soon and release the film in July.
The producer said, “Though our film is titled Deepavali, this is not an ordinary family subject. It has a lot of twists based on incidents that occur in a youth's life. It is a different family subject. It is a never-before character for Venu and will remain a milestone in his career. We are planning to launch the audio of the film on June 25.”
Vinodkumar, Subba Raju, Satyaprakash, Brahmanandam, Chalapati Rao, Brahmaji, Ali, Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao, Hema and Sudha are in the supporting cast. Music is by Vandemataram Srinivas, cinematography is by Prasad, and story, screenplay and direction are by Haribabu.
