Producer D.V.V. Danaiah and director Puri Jagannath are back together after Desamuduru. Ravi Teja, who acted in Danaiah’s previous two hits, Dubai Seenu and Krishna, is the hero. Ileana, who starred in Pokiri directed by Puri, will be the heroine. But, in this superstition-ridden industry, the fact that the Ravi Teja-Ileana starrer Khatarnak didn’t do so well will be a black mark against this project.
The film will be produced under Universal Media banner and will start shooting in July. Puri Jagannath and Ravi Teja had previously come together to give smash hits like Itlu Sravani Subrahmanyam, Idiot and Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi.
Presently, Ileana is in Goa, basking in the success of Jalsa.
