Chiyaan Vikram made for a fabulous few hours for us and everyone who joined us for an informal get-together, when he launched the Galatta.com Star Calendar 2007 amidst fan frenzy; at Coffee?, Chennai's hippest café at 10, Greenways Road, Chennai.
It was meant to be 30 mins of hand-shakes, video bytes and short interviews by the media… but it ended up as 2 hours of chit-chat, fans walking in and out to meet Chiyaan, the star celebrating a Coffee? guest's birthday (taking the "birthday baby" by pleasant surprise) and a feeling of bonhomie all around. At the end, even a totally movie NON-buff went home a fan of Chiyaan Vikram and an admirer of the Galatta.com Star Calendar 2007!
The event also graced by the Managing Director of Sathyam Cinemas, Mr. Kiran Reddy.
