Bhoomika’s performance in Anasuya has given her career a boost. Her marriage to yoga teacher Bharat Thakur has proved lucky as offers are pouring in. It is a well known fact that she’s signed a film opposite Srikanth.
According to the grapevine, Bhoomika has directorial ambitions and plans to launch a film by this year end, with herself at the helm. She remarked, "Yes, I do I have a desire for directing a movie. The reason for this is that directors and producers are approaching me with stereotypical roles. I would like to come out of this."
"Audiences welcome a change with different subjects and films with different themes are big hits. Instead of placing your bets only on commercial cinema, one has to open up to off-beat subjects. I plan to work with a novel subject while directing and it may be a Hindi film.
