The shooting of 'Atithi' directed by Surender Reddy and produced by G Rameshbabu on the banner of Krishna Productions Pvt Ltd with Maheshbabu and Amritha Rao in the lead was formally launched at Hyderabad on Sunday.
Film Development Corporation chairman G Adiseshagiri Rao gave the clap, while Krishna switched on the camera for the muhurat shot under the honorary direction of K Raghavendra Rao.
The regular shooting of the film would begin from February 5. Prakash Raj, Asish Vidyarthi, Sunil, Brahmanandam, Venumadhav, Subbaraju, Pragati, Madhavi, Baby Karman Sandhu and others are in the lead cast.
Dialogues are by Abburi Ravi, Script assistance by Vakkantam Vamsi, camera is by Ram Prasd, art is by Srinivasa Raju, choreography is by Raju Sundaram, editing is by Gauthamraju.
