Radiant Movies has bought the overseas theatrical and home video rights for Hari Yelleti's upcoming Ankith, Pallavi and Friends (APF).
The latest generation of directors are drawing out a new road map for Telugu movies with their avant-garde scripts and technical knowhow. Some of the Genext directors are Sekhar Kammula, of Anand, Godavari & Happy Days fame and Krish, of Gamyam fame, who have brought in a breath of fresh air to South Indian film making.
Hari Yelleti's Ankith, Pallavi and Friends too brings in a fresh youthful angle to the age-old love story. APF is a story of love between two individuals with distinct ideas of their own. At the same time, it presents the lives of five friends after college and their career dreams.
The film’s music by Vinu Thomas is refreshing and has proved to be a hit with the youth. Malini Dasari, the cinematographer, is debuting with this film. She is a graduate of the Pune Film Institute. And the crisp Master for the movie is none other than Marthand K. Venkatesh.
Nikhil, a Happy Days actor, is in the lead opposite debut actress Megha , who was seen in the Bru coffee commercial.
