Popular comedian AVS was admitted in Global Hospitals, Hyderabad as he was reported to be suffering from serious liver-related complications. According to his family, he had developed 'white jaundice' (thella kamerlu) and was being treated at the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology at Punjagutta, Hyderabad.
As the comedian required surgery, he was shifted to Global Hospitals late at night. Unconfirmed reports say that the actor is slipping in and out of consciousness often.
