Happy news for the fans of yesteryears matinee idol Akkineni Nageswara Rao, who was last seen on the silver screen in Nagarjuna's Sri Ramadasu (2006). After a gap of three years, the veteran will appear in a prominent role in director Puri Jagannath’s brother and actor Sairam Shankar's new film to be produced by Chanti Addala under the banner of Friendly Movies.
This untitled film will mark the directorial debut of Ashok Kumar Lalam, an assistant to Puri Jagannath. Screenplay is by the director himself. Story is by Prithviraj and dialogues are by Paruchuri Brothers. Chakri is the music composer. S. Gopal Reddy handles the camera. The film will begin on the eve of Ugadi and will be completed in a single schedule.
