Raghava Lawrence, or Lawrence as he's usually known, has slowly and surely gained ground in the Telugu film industry, giving quite a few hits. His movies like Don, Style and Muni saw him juggling multiple responsibilities as director and actor. In fact, Don saw Lawrence's debut as music director. Muni, made in Telugu and Tamil, was a hit in both languages.

Lawrence's movies have always catered to the masses; his latest movie, Pardhu, is also slated to be a mass entertainer. With plenty of dance, action, fights, comedy and sentiments, especially the maternal bond, Pardhu smells of success even before its release. The story reflects sentiments that all types of audiences will identify with. 

Ever since the film's shooting started, rumours have been making the rounds that Sneha has shed her girl-next-door image and gone in for a glamorous make-over, with plenty of sizzling outfits. Though the film's makers - director Madhuravanand producer Manyam Ramesh- insist that Sneha's role is in keeping with her homely and very simple image, the rumours persist. Namitha is her usual self, displaying all the oomph that she's famous for.

Lawrence plays a young man, discovering life and falling in love in the process. He finds himself the focus of two pretty young women - Sneha and Namitha - both of whom have their own unique good points. Whom will he choose? How does each girl try to make him fall in love with her alone? Watch the movie to find the answers to all these and more.

The audio was released recently at Rock Heights in Hyderabad. Music is composed by Srikanth Deva. Many mass elements went into making the album a chartbuster. The hit song 'Yenno Raatrulostaayi gaani.' from Dharmakshetram was picturised on Lawrence and Sneha in a very romantic and rustic setting. Namitha too has a song with the hero, her dancing being the highlight of the song. There are altogether seven lilting and rhythmic songs to cater to all tastes.

Producer Manyam Ramesh has teamed up with Lawrence yet again after Muni. Manyam is one man who knows how to extract the best performance from this multi-talented choreographer-actor turned director. This time too, Lawrence is sure to give his fans what they expect from him. With his experience both before and behind the camera, he knows what his audience wants!
