Review
A rich businessman (Nagababu) gets a message from a girl saying that his daughter Anu (Sridevi) is going to elope with a classmate. The father immediately packs her off to his farmhouse and keeps her in captivity. It was actually a prank pulled by one of Anu’s friends. Ravindra (Aryan Rajesh), a youth on the run from the cops, lands up in the farmhouse and takes shelter. After a series of fights and sermons by Anu, the hero has a change of mind.
It is sad to see a prestigious production house like Suresh Productions produce a third rate film with no values. The director uses the old formula of a sex comedy in between songs and scenes. With a weak plot the actors are helpless. Sridevi looks cute. Aryan is determined to look wooden. The music director rehashes Tamil film songs and passes them on. The only person who has worked in the film is the cinematographer. He has done a good job and has caught the visual beauty of the hilly locales. In recent times one has not seen such an insipid film. Though this is touted as a love story the full film has the lead pair at loggerheads.
