Review
Jagapati (Jagapati Babu), the Sub Inspector of Police is a loyal henchman of local MLA Goud (Pradeep Rawat). Jagapati provides security to the MLA. Due to the MLA's support he turns the police station into a bar and the constables (Navneet Kaur and Suman Shetty) are bartenders. He meets Lavanya (Rakshita) and falls in love with her. Lavanya is none other than the widow of Murari (Sai Kiran), whom Jagapati had killed. The rest of the story is all about how Lavanya gets Jagapati to reform and go against the MLA.
First half of the film is mediocre and second half is bad. This film heavily suffers from bad story, bad screenplay and bad direction.
Rakshita exposes to the hilt and the movements in the songs are very vulgar. There are double meaning dialogues galore. Jagapati Babu disappoints the Telugu film lovers with wrong selection of storyline and director with this poorly made film. The director is under the impression that one has to only concentrate on building up the hero image and forgets about the story. Pradeep Rawat has a typically designed role as a villain, and Subbaraju assists him. Navneet Kaur's role to provide sexual comedy as a lady constable is something that perverted minds can conceive. Action scenes are well choreographed. Background score is adequate while cinematography is above average.
